Schedule:
Day 1
* Photo shoot at Mafra National Palace (18th century) and surrounding gardens.
* Morning:
- ancient carriages and long reins work in baroque gardens;
* Afternoon:
- historical reconstitution (both indoors and outdoors).
Day 2
* Photo shoot in the Óbidos region.
* Morning:
- riders and horses in traditional Portuguese riding wear in an ancient fortress (inside the wall of the old castle), considered to be one of the most beautiful in Portugal;
- horses and boats in a lagoon;
* Afternoon:
* - manufacturing the traditional Portuguese saddle;
* - sunset at the beach with ridden Lusitano stallions.
Day 3
* Morning:
- Photographing High school work in baroque gardens.
* Afternoon:
Afternoon off, in Sintra/Lisbon region. Horseback riding, shopping and sightseeing.
Day 4
* Morning:
* Visit to a stud farm, shooting Lusitano driving horses; mares and foals; several types of traditional backgrounds including a manor house from the 19th century.
* Afternoon:
* Photographing a big group of Lusitano colts of different ages together at liberty.
Day 5
* Morning:
* Training of Rejoneo and horses in liberty in a traditional “tentadero”.
* Afternoon:
* Campinos doing field work with cattle, cobra of three mares, several aspects of Portuguese horse breeding in one of the most traditional stud farms in Portugal.
